So the boy convicted of killing an 80 year old man in Leics has surprisingly been given 7 years impt. but the girl has got away with a rehabilitation order. From what I've read she should have been sentenced for joint enterprise offence and sent to prison.

I was born in 1949 and I've recently discovered that my pension is £40 pw less than those born after 1953. Why? This is blatant age discrimination. We paid the NI that was expected of us at the time and ALL pensioners that paid their dues should be on the same pension.
