I want to tell you about two men and let you draw your own conclusions. Chris Kyle was a Navy SEAL from Texas. He did four tours in Iraq. He came home, wrote a book, and was murdered at a shooting range in 2013 while trying to help a fellow veteran with PTSD. His wife Taya raised their kids alone. Graham Platner is a Marine veteran running for Senate in Maine against Susan Collins. He went on a podcast and suggested Kyle's kill numbers were inflated because he was shooting civilians. He also had a Reddit post, since deleted, calling a wounded soldier who got shot by the Taliban a "dumb motherf----- who didn't deserve to live." When the posts surfaced, he blamed PTSD. Robert O'Neill, the man who killed Osama bin Laden, said PTSD doesn't explain that kind of vile hatred. Taya Kyle spent part of her Memorial Day weekend on television defending her husband's name. This is what it looks like when someone decides a dead hero is a useful prop for a Senate campaign. No amount of veteran status makes that acceptable. Honor the fallen. That means all of them. Even the ones inconvenient to your politics.

Women were arrested for praying silently outside abortion clinics under the Biden DOJ. Charged under federal law. Prosecuted by the full weight of the federal government for exercising their faith on a public sidewalk. The anti-weaponization fund was meant to make people like them whole. Twenty-five Republican senators went to war against it. Same senators who voted themselves $500,000 each for being spied on. He's now sold his house, sold 10,000 acres, and drives back and forth between his empty ranch and his family in Texas while he waits for a jury trial in August. He said all he wants is to go back to feeding cows. Pray for men like this. The system is designed to grind them out.

THE PHRASE: does not appear in the Constitution. does not appear in the Declaration of Independence. does not appear in the Federalist Papers. was popularized by JFK in a 1958 pamphlet written for the Anti-Defamation League. THE FOUNDERS: of the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence, 48 were born in the American colonies. the other 8 came from England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. all of them were subjects of the British Crown traveling within the British Empire. they were SETTLERS AND COLONISTS. not one of them was an immigrant. THE FIRST CONGRESS: every single member of the first United States Congress (1789 to 1791) was born in the British Empire. not one was an immigrant. not one crossed into a foreign country to start a new life. they were already home. THE CONSTITUTION: mentions immigrants almost nowhere. it explicitly bans foreign-born citizens from serving as president and vice president. it says nothing about immigration being foundational to American identity. THE NARRATIVE: Jonathan Turley this week called barring foreign-born citizens from Congress "the most antithetical thing to our founding." then said "the founders themselves were immigrants." both statements are factually wrong. both are on the record. REP. NANCY MACE: introduced a resolution this week to extend the Constitution's existing foreign-born ban from president and VP to Congress, the federal judiciary, and Senate-confirmed positions. direct targets: Ilhan Omar, Pramila Jayapal, Shri Thanedar. THE REAL QUESTION: if the Constitution already decided a foreign-born citizen cannot be trusted with the presidency why did we ever decide Congress is different. we are approaching the 250TH ANNIVERSARY of the Declaration of Independence. the men who signed it did not cross an ocean to join a new people. they crossed an ocean to BUILD ONE. that is not immigration. that is settlement. and there is a difference that matters. a nation that cannot define who belongs to it cannot defend what it built. should foreign-born citizens be barred from Congress the same way they are barred from the presidency? yes or no. if you're not following me you're finding out about this 48 hours late from someone who read my post..

November 2025: California Democrats put Proposition 50 on the ballot. they call it the "Election Rigging Response Act." voters pass it. it does one thing. it KILLS THE COMMISSION THEY CREATED IN 2008 and hands map-drawing back to the Democratic legislature. Early 2026: Democratic legislators use their new power to redraw congressional maps mid-decade. independent analysts estimate the new maps flip 5 REPUBLICAN-HELD CONGRESSIONAL SEATS. challengers argue the maps relied so heavily on Latino demographic data that race became the predominant factor. a federal judge dissents: "California sullied its hands with this sordid business." April 29, 2026: the Supreme Court rules 6-3 in Louisiana v. Callais. Justice Alito writes: race cannot be the "predominant motivating factor" in drawing electoral boundaries. legal analysts immediately identify California as the most exposed state in the country. May 2026: California's Proposition 50 maps are now headed toward the Supreme Court. the same court. the same standard. the same Justice Alito. now read that again.
