My UPS driver arrived last night around 9:30 to drop off some packages. I happened to be in the kitchen when I seen the truck pull up. I went to the door and opened it and waited. He looked so tired and defeated. He must of thought I was mad bc he immediately started apologizing about being so late and how he had a long day. So I stop him and say you’re good, you don’t have to apologize. You can only do what you can do. So he hands me the packages and as he’s leaving

I just got home to find a letter from UPS offering $150k to walk away from my job voluntarily. It’s an insult, as the union wages and benefits are too good to walk away from, even for that amount of money.

I’m sure there are others. But at this moment Ryan Day and Dabo Swinney seem to be the only coaches with a backbone and actually running their programs the way you’re supposed to. Kirby to a lesser extent but he can’t stop his players from speeding
