@ArgosHelpers Yes, the item didn't arrived and was cancelled without informing me. The support team told me that there wasn't a status on the item and I should wait until I receive an email or text to collect. It would be great to get it but I'm not willing to pay more as it wasn't my mistake.
@Argos_Online@ArgosHelpers It took three weeks for the supportteam to refund me, I visited the C&C point several times. The item is now more expensive and i just would it resent. The chat support apologized but didn't provide a solution and swiftly ended the session. Can u help?
