Forensic officers are now at the scene of the stabbing outside Co-Op in Headington.

Co-op stabbing: Police have said forensics officers should be at the scene in Headington within the next 30 minutes. The cordon around the Co-op will remain in place over night according to police at the scene.

Still a heavy police presence into the evening outside of Co-Op in Headington, as officers widen the cordon to include Stile Road.

Police have now closed Stile Road adjacent to the Co-Op and are only allowing residents through.

Residents in Headington have reacted with shock following a reported stabbing outside a busy Co-Op today. One resident said: "Theres always people going to and from the Co-Op at this time. It's just not what you'd expect. Very sad."

Police have closed off the footpath outside of the Co-Op in London Road, Headington following reports of a stabbing.
