Dominion’s recent poor judgment was shocking. Unfortunately, the shady behavior from @TerryMcAuliffe is par for the course. We can’t afford to elect him as Governor. We must elect @GlennYoungkin who won’t be beholden to utility monopolies. See my full statement below:

@ChemyKatie Thanks for reaching out Katie! The VA Senate has shown us a clear roadmap of how to convene here in VA with all safety precautions while also doing important work for the people of Virginia. I plan to take all safety precautions while doing the job I was elected to do in-person.

Delegate, as a scientist & your constituent, I ask you to reconsider this stance. If not for your health, then for your colleagues', staff's, & family's health. This is not some hoax or simple flu. This is still a pandemic & I expect my representatives to act accordingly. #valeg

I plan to be present in Richmond for the upcoming session. I look forward to convening safely with my Republican colleagues so that we can be accessible to the citizens of Virginia and to do the job we were elected to do.

Today I introduced HB5019 to protect persons acting in good faith to stop the spread of Covid-19 from frivolous lawsuits. It's my hope that Democrats and Republicans can come together on this important issue.

My bill, HB 134, reported out of subcommittee today on an 8-0 vote! Happy to stand alongside ARC of Virginia and others looking out for those with developmental disabilities.
