@PLai93757933 @FitbitSupport Exactly the same for me. Spoke to @FitbitSupport who said it takes 5-7 business days to ship, even though shipping email says 2! Made up something about tracking is created early because it's a preorder, but shows it was dispatched on 10th! Tempted to cancel and buy from Amazon!

@FitbitSupport ordered my charge 6 on 30Sep23. Got an email saying it was despatched on 10Oct23. Still no sign of it and the the GLS tracking of the shipment has not been updated since 10Oct23. Where is my fitbit? My versa stopped working on 30sep23 after 2 years. Bit pathetic.

@madebygoogle Ah cool. Assumed it was the update that was being rolled out so hands free photos would work straight away, rather than activated separately. Thanks 👍🏻
