A natural fall causes you to stay focused (head straight) and put your arms forward to reduce impact… a forced fall (i.e. dive) will show exaggerated body movements… as kindly presented here by Salah.

I don't get how people can't understand why this happens. They've played there 30 times in 15 seasons, tickets for the match and train are stupidly expensive and the semis being at the same stadium as the final is stupid.
