I’ve been following @octra for a while and had the chance to invest a few months ago. Out of all the investments I’ve made this is one of the ones I am most excited about. I don’t pretend to fully understand all their docs and technology but what I do understand is that FHE is about as good as it gets when it comes to user privacy, and Octra have managed to make it usable for low latency and high throughput applications without sacrificing privacy. One of the things I admire most about the team is that they don’t make promises. They know what they need to do and they have hit every milestone at the time they have said they would; it’s just impressive. Their testnet is live now and I highly recommend checking it out, it also makes them the first live FHE L1 which is also pretty cool!
