They will go to bed tonight peacefully, believing they took a decision in the best interest of vulnerable detectives and ordinary citizens of this country.
Wow! Well done, PSC panelists, we hope you will live with your decision.
📌 But we also hope the #MadlangaCommission does a thorough and fearless job of establishing WHY a judge would grant bail-after-bail and make remarks that appear to show leniency toward the accused.
Because DECISIONS made in courtrooms do not end when the gavel falls, they echo in the lives of #real_people.
As you sit down for your coffee tonight, we hope you will think about #WitnessB, who remains in a CI safe house, still carrying the consequences of Judge Ledwaba's decision.🎯

Judge Aubrey tells the JSC that he has never received a letter to appear before the Madlanga commission. But he will gladly submit an affidavit. This matter an allegation was made that he was paid millions to grant KT Molefe bail. #eNCA #JSCInterviews

@EFFSouthAfrica @Julius_S_Malema Why is a CONVICTED CRIMINAL allowed to interview judges? The court ruled in Hlophe matter that a former judge found guilty of gross misconduct is unfit to serve on the body that appoints judges. Surely that same standard applies to a convicted criminal

@EFFSouthAfrica @Julius_S_Malema It is time for Julius Malema to be removed from the JSC, he is a convicted criminal that is waiting to be sentenced by the same judges he interviews, nonsense.

@EFFSouthAfrica @Julius_S_Malema He will remain Mr forever. He will never be President this one

@EFFSouthAfrica @Julius_S_Malema Malema is such a hypocrite. When @MkhontoweSizwex suggested at adhock that judges be called to the committee he blocked it. Now he asked Ledwaba if he was ever called by the committe to give testimony. Why is this guy such a hypocrite @mazolman63

@Chriseldalewis We are yet to get Madlanga conclusion on his alleged involvement with KT Molefe and he has already been promoted. We are really not serious as country in fighting criminality.

@MediaZaban865 @D_Molatoli Something is not making sense, who is in charge of the process? If the CJ says he should wait till his matter is cleared but they still go ahead to recommend him despite a dark cloud hanging over his head. I was also amused by his reasons for granting bail to Molefe

Judiciary turns off comments.
We are unhappy with this selection... a judge who grants Katiso Molefe bail should never sit in this position
Judiciary is burning our country. SIES!

You don’t have to agree with him, but targeting him won’t silence the issues he raises. ✊🏾

@Sowetan1981 Let them go ahead. If indeed he's corrupt, he will be exposed. The truth never wants to be hidden forever. Perhaps this is the one way he's bringing attention upon himself.
