Once you have signed a fantastic lease for a development site, your biggest risks are 1) financing and 2) construction/delivery.
We just priced a bond offering that was ~8x oversubscribed and has participation from practically every high yield bond investor in the world to provide funds to build Barber Lake. Now we look to the best data center construction team on Earth to continue their robust record of timely delivery in west Texas.

Black Pearl Phase I continued to scale in September and has now reached completion, bringing $CIFR's total self-mining hashrate to ~23.6 EH/s. And we have begun construction at Barber Lake, as shown in the picture below.
