There is a quiet emergency in America making us sicker and poorer. Sicker because the food we are feeding our families is driving a chronic disease epidemic. Poorer because a handful of mega-corporations are driving up the costs of groceries, insurance, and prescription drugs for diseases they shouldn’t have gotten in the first place.
