what collaboration in cowork et al could look like short-ish, 6 tweets 1/ "have my claude talk to your claude" - i can imagine that for some types of communication, we'll only want it to be person<>person. but in others, ai<>ai will be preferable

@chrisbarber This would be even more powerful for non-famous brands (e.g. when I'm comparing local companies to buy from or partner with)

openai and anthropic could both make 'customer directories' to (opt-in) list their customers. public investors can find ai forward cos, enterprises get discovery, and labs get a customer perk doubling down on case studies and quotes eg built with claude:

6/ make it easy to send little text bits directly to someone else's ai?

5/ a project instructions / AGENTS dot md hierarchy for teams?

and powered by openai:

ai products could get more signups by highlighting people who onboard their coworkers

anthropic and openai should have some kind of forums and programs for their internal champions at customers, to help those people share lessons and learnings think of the "ai person" at a company that has demoed claude/chatgpt to various people enable these people!

uis for helping people be better at using ai agent products: long-ish, 28 tweets would be helpful to know which of these you think is most promising 1/ what if claude gave you coaching notes about the way you prompted?

4/ show memories to the user, in context, so they can see and edit them

more ideas for professional agent products (cowork et al) short thread, 5 tweets 1/ something like openai pulse. scheduled tasks exist and that's great. but pulse is proactive

28/ what if claude code / codex could show you how your usage differs from power users?

27/ what if there was a leaderboard of coding agent integrations based on which ones have the highest user retention?

15/ for each action, take a snapshot that is revertible
