A new study from healthcare software developer Tebra found that Linkin Park is the top artist Americans listen to when they need stress relief. Researchers surveyed 1,000 people and analyzed 155,626 tracks across 560 public stress‑relief and mental‑health playlists. Music ranked as the No. 1 tool people use to de‑stress (35%), and 72% said a song “meaningfully improved” their mental health.
