Do yall know anyone that knows anything about gaining weight I’ve been trying for almost 2 years and i haven’t reached my goal of 135lbs and recently I’ve been losing my appetite overall so I’m scared I’m gonna lose the 16 I gained bc of it SO yeah any advice would be nice 💔

@ChristBallot I think it was like mid day or something if i remember right, I knew I had to eat something before work but I didn’t feel like eating but I knew I had to Maybe it was too big of a meal?? It was an egg sandwich bagel but maybe I needed something smaller

@Dream_Cheeser That makes sense, I guess our issues are a bit different then. I have some mystery thing that makes me constantly lose weight so on my side its more about quantity I guess. If you can't eat eggs, maybe its an intolerance to something in them, and avoid it in the future?
