After delivering Tech, Value-added, and Post-Harvest Handling products, @AGRIRESEARCHLtd is coming up with a #NewProduct—rooted in research and inspired by farmers' needs. Can you guess what it is? Let us know in the comments!

Did you know that a few years ago, Orange Fleshed Sweet Potatoes (OFSP) were almost unheard of in some regions? Thanks to successful trials of improved varieties, supported through the EU co-funded KUNGAHARA-FOSTERING Project, implemented by @FXBRwanda in partnership with @E4Impact_Rwanda, farmers today are reaping big results and transforming their communities. One example is TURWANYUBUKENE Cooperative, one of 30 farmer cooperatives in Gakenke District. This season alone, the cooperative has achieved an impressive 42 tons of Orange Fleshed Sweet Potatoes. Beyond their high yields, OFSP are rich in Vitamin A and other essential nutrients that help fight malnutrition, especially among children and vulnerable households. They also provide a reliable source of income for smallholder farmers, creating new opportunities for employment and strengthening local markets. By diversifying crops and increasing resilience, OFSP are proving to be a game-changer for food security and community development. Follow @FXBRwanda to stay tuned.
