@AdobeCare I’m DESPERATELY trying to pay Adobe for my CC subscription and there’s no way to manage my payment settings. I’m an award-winning filmmaker who has been paying for 20 years and no one in chat or on phone can help me! I get no promised follow ups.

On the phone I was told to get a 7 day free trial under an alternate email address and this issue will be resolved before that 7 day trial is up so I can switch back to my real account. Now it’s been 9 days and still no help.

Every Adobe support chat on this starts with “I have 1 year experience and I have seen this issue before” and every one ends with them emailing within 48 hours but I never get an email.

@PsychoAPod Side note as you talk about panic attacks. The Battery very much might have never happened as I was having severe panic attacks for months beforehand, with full numbness in my arm and shakes that would have made holding a camera impossible. RX Xanax saved the movie.

@PsychoAPod Out of curiosity I played the RedBox stream of the movie a few weeks ago and I swear that thing was stuck at like 480p SD and I just waited and waited for HD quality to buffer in but it never did! Bummer! Oh, also the blu has upscaled 5.1 sound that I 100% approve @mike_snoonian

@PsychoAPod Also, @mike_snoonian is correct that the Blu-ray looks better. I actually added more contrast to the picture between the digital and Blu-ray release. The low contrast is doubly bad for streaming as the codec has a hard time compressing low contrast, not to mention the film grain!
