Today, the Supreme Court decided that Congress, despite giving the president the ability to "regulate imports", didn't actually mean it. This is lawlessness from the Court, plain and simple. And its only effect will be to make it harder for the president to protect American industries and supply chain resiliency. President Trump has a wide range of other tariff powers and he will use them to defend American workers and advance this administration’s trade priorities.

For years this type of purchases were flying under the radar and they were keeping the homeowners names anonymous. And that's all about to change right Now. Starting with December 1, 2025, FinCEN will require a full real estate report for all the purchases for residential real estate in US that are connected to trust, LLCs or corporations. This will give the federal government the ability to see who actually owns these properties and how they were able to fund it. Now who needs to report this? Well, whoever closes the deal. So if you're using a real estate attorney, that's the person that has to do it or escrow can also do it or you personally or your real estate agent. This has to be submitted within 30 days after closing. Now this is going to add a little bit more transparency whenever it comes to who purchased these properties and how those funds are coming in. “The goal is to crack down on money laundering, fraud, and hidden ownership in the housing market. @realdogeusa I thought the goal was $2 trillion. The answer would be without going through the defense budget there is no way to cut enough in the other buckets to cover. Also, I would hope to assume that this savings is a per year not over a period of time.
