We got this in Kevin’s plasma…A solid cloud-like aggregation and dyed clearly with ThT which cannot pipetting at all …Also with the comparison plasma from Lyndsey. It’s a beautiful feather-like seed for data but evil for Kevin🥹

@currer2548 Means that stuff is very solid,can’t be scattered.Dense and hard fibrins crosslinks.But normal proteins or albumin could be “pipetting”.Additionally we found the clouds ThT+ under fluorescence. Highly like to be fibrin amyloid,misfolded proteins,inflammatory coagulum

Today I am still feeling pretty tired. I've been walking more since arriving than I had in the past 3 years - back and forth from my Airbnb to Edogawa Hospital. My symptom profile is somewhat unique insofar as the manifestations of structural neurospinal and vascular injury are concerned. Many of the patients who come here with PEM, POTS, brainfog, chronic fatigue etc experience improvement relatively quickly. I hope that will be possible for me, however it is important to acknowledge that because my injury has damaged neurospinal and vascular tissue, and this damage has been ongoing since 2021, it may take longer to notice improvement. The first step is stabilizing the neurovacular environment, then I am praying that regeneration can begin to take place. I do not know how quickly nerves and diseased tissue can heal.

I just heard the results of the test from Dr. Kevin, and he said that my blood showed a high degree of amyloid formation!
