Well done to our Year 12 Gold students on their practice expedition yesterday! They set a great pace to Camp 2, enjoyed dry and sunny weather, and arrived in good spirits after a strong day of navigation. The evening ended with pasta, camp chats and hot chocolates ☕️🏕️

Day 3 of Year 10 Silver DofE practice expedition. After a warmer night, teams packed up efficiently and are setting off through the misty Dee Valley, with the sun breaking through. They’ll navigate independently through checkpoints to the finish. Expected finish: 2:30-3:00pm.

Beautiful morning sunrise on our Silver Duke of Edinburgh’s Award practice expedition! Cooler today, sunny with a breeze, and spirits are high. All teams have had their lunch stops and are now navigating independently to Camp 2 — adventure well underway!

Year 10 Silver DofE Practice Expedition 🥾 All teams have refreshed their navigation skills and successfully made their way to camp. They are now cooking tea in the evening sun after a busy day outdoors.

🏆🌍 These were our winning and runner-up doors from the Culture Day decorated door competition. Each form was given a country theme and challenged to create a colourful display, and the results were fantastic. 🎨✨ Well done to everyone involved! ❤️
