The Islanders have now swept the Lightning, Golden Knights and Stars this season. Against “top teams” in the league: 13-5-1. Make it make sense.

@habs_burner Dobson has been much better on the Canadians. To be fair though, we won’t know if the trade was for a “bag of dicks” until Aitcheson and Eklund pan out. Islanders plan by getting 1sts was always about the future. It’s been 1 year. See how things look in another 2-3 years

@NYsportSufferer Yes but every team has things like this over the course of 82 games. Don’t have to look further than how many time we came back and beat teams. At the end of the day they are 1 point back of to two teams and tied with another for a playoff spot. Just keep going and learn from it

Looks like #Isles returned Isaiah George to Bridgeport. Served as 7th defenseman last night.

Schaefer and Horvat combine for 18 shots. #Isles win if they start their starter. Shame. First period wasn’t pretty but make no mistake they have a backup goalie problem. Rittich could’ve had 1-2 of those. Penguins and Bruins lose. Islanders 1 point out of 3rd and tied for WC2
