Reports are going around that if your 10 OPTCG x Round1 Promo Packs came sealed like this, you “should” be getting all 10 Straw Hats.
Any others have this happen with their packs?

Interesting note from our location I'm not sure happened everywhere? They handed out the 10 packs in pre-set stacks of 10 that were wrapped out of the box like this from Bandai? One person in our line opened all 10 of theirs and got the entire set 1-10...potential full set stacks🤔
