Check this insanity out. This video from a Walmart parking lot in Lawrence, Indiana has gone viral. The incident went down after officers spotted the man's car parked illegally in a fire lane. When a cop approached him about it, he got violent. Good on this officer for not backing down. That said... this is a prime example of why we argue that EVERY cop needs BJJ training. Housing costs that we shouldn't accept: 6% per transaction - No need for Realtors scamming our equity every time a home is sold. It is an antiquated process. Title and Escrow fees - we can buy/sell our own homes with title & escrow being streamlined into online AI Only a small handful of cases require anything more than an AI verification. Appraisal - another simple AI feature. With a proper inspection, appraisals are as outdated as Realtors. Property Taxes - the tyrannical practice never should have been allowed. Property is not a source of wealth for the Government. It is the wealth of the individual. AND true government purpose is protecting it. Not stealing it thru taxation. Communisms, aka Socialism - we are charged development fees, impact fees, etc. on every new home built. Subdivisions are the most impacted. The government interferes with the free market and controls growth instead of letting it happen organically. They add fees for 'future plans' of roads, infrastructure or public services. But they waste the money on liberal policies, DEI, woke agendas and flat-out fraud. With these costs eliminated, house prices are significantly reduced and the market corrects. Homes become a true value once again instead of an investment strategy, or fast wealth gimmick. Resist government control. Reduce costs. Restore America.

Yeah this is the quiet financial chokehold nobody wants to admit out loud, the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis calling U.S. housing the most unaffordable in history isn’t drama, it’s math kicking the door in, prices never reset, rates spiked, wages lagged, and the result is a generation locked out while owners sit on golden handcuffs praying their furnace never breaks, stoic gangster truth, this isn’t a housing “cycle,” it’s policy fallout, cheap money inflated assets, then the ladder got yanked, and now affordability’s worse than 2006 without the liar loans to fake access, renting bleeds you, buying is impossible, and politicians argue about vibes while the American Dream gets repossessed, the market won’t fix this with hope, it fixes with either prices down, rates down, or incomes up, pick two, until then this is economic gridlock dressed up as stability, and anyone telling you “it’s normal” is either rich already or lying through their teeth.
