@pjneedham40 We've tried more expansive, possession based football with this squad and it failed. It would fail even more severely now. Literally everything from the top down needs changing. Results will stay the same until it does.

@pjneedham40 I don't think it's limited thinking, the opposite actually. I think it's limited to lay all of this at a managers feet. There are serious issues within the club which need resolving. Any changes brought by a new manager would be purely superficial imo.

Don't understand blame being layed solely at Dyche's feet. Game plan felt sound until we conceded. When do we just accept that the squads shit and there's a serious culture issue within the club? Feel Dyche getting the flack for issues that have been there long before his time.
