LEED should add a level above Platinum. The Empire State Building achieved 82 points because they had no incentive to go higher.

I thought extending the streetcar from Union Station to Georgetown was a good idea to reduce carbon emissions. Do we have a better plan?

This is what I sketched for the roof of the Stead Park Recreation Center. If we tilt up the solar array we can produce more energy than the building needs and share the surplus with neighbors.
