There is nothing illegal about doing that… our freedoms allow us to say what we want as long as we don’t threaten or cause panic. Walking up to someone and calling them a nigger does not give them the right to attack. If you don’t like it, and walk and they persist, that changes things.

The law will look at the fact that he goes around attempting to get a reaction. They will look at him saying things like “give me a reason to shoot you” which he has said on the record.

He will have a hard time defending this
