I am more and more convinced that the world needs fluff. I'm working on a "serious" project and I'm legit getting heart palpitations from the stress. I need things to decompress. I need Barbie. I need Red, White and Royal Blue. Fluff is vital for surviving in this nightmare

Also regular blood tests showed my iron levels were fine, it wasn’t until another doctor checked my ferritin which is a protein that stores iron and releases it when the body needs it- that they put me on iron supplements

from letting my mind wander and too much tv 😆 but the fact that I couldn’t fall asleep right away is HUGE for me. I know this may not help everyone but I’m posting this to give you hope and to keep trying and advocating for yourself to get answers. Sending you love

Hi, I’ve had long Covid for the last 8 months and it has been awful to say the least. I am just now starting to find some relief and am feeling well enough to take my first plane trip since 2019. Id like to share what has worked for me knowing that every body is different:

@healingceline Yes &when it happens I’ve been treating it like a low blood pressure drop & lay down with my legs against the wall or drink water w electrolytes for the time being. Also recently found out my ferritin was extremely low & iron supplements have been helping shorten these bouts

Any other people with #LongCovid feel like their bodies are extremely heavy/made of lead or as if gravity is 100x stronger? I’ve seen people describe it occasionally and wonder how common it is.

It is truly amazing how there are different types of people who are able to take on different lines of work that most of just can’t. Like ER doctors or editors of Love Is Blind.
