@jayjayramirez47 @Stealth40k Who cares if it looks jarring? Bigger roster means more characters to play with. Besides, Nintendo is making more money than they know what to do with. They can afford to go through licensing nightmares.

@Chronobus @Stealth40k Because having another Smash game with an even bigger roster would be jarring to look at and factoring in how much liscencing would cost to include returning and new characters.

I believe Super Smash Bros. is coming to Switch 2. I believe Sakurai will be working on it in some capacity. I believe it will be one of Switch 2's best sellers.

@Chronobus @Stealth40k You already have Ultimate. It’s the most ambitious game in the series and there’s no way to top that so the better choose would be to start fresh from the ground up.
