Yo entiendo que una persona que tiene su propia empresa y su propio proyecto trabaje las horas que necesite para salir adelante, que para eso es suyo, pero no puedes contratar a la gente esperando que trabaje 12 horas para hacer realidad tus sueños. La gente necesita descansar.
