@saikikals But if you ever get to a point where u feel you need to be inpatient. Listen to yourself sometimes it can really suck but it can be lot better when it’s voluntary and you are seeking the help

@saikikals It can help. If you find the right therapist. Like i found with self harm. DBT has helped me a lot. Inpatient is scary but also disclosing without disclosing “ideation, thoughts i won’t act on” etc

@ch3rryell Going low carb and higher protein will but cutting off completely will cause hella brain fog and no energy because brains run on simple carbohydrates (like whats in fruit) like we need cards. An excess of of carbs without protein and veggies will make life harder tho

@cupcak3vampir3 i prefer the taste and have family history of diabetes. And it grinds my gears when someone is like “you know those are way worse for you” because yes. I am ingesting chemicals. But I don’t want to give up the joys of diet coke and energy drinks so i’m choosing aspartame

@cupcak3vampir3 The key to truly aspartamemaxxing is to acknowledge it’s not magically better for you. It’s just less/no cals. Like switching diet is just accepting the harm of one thing inplace of another to still enjoy something. The only true healthier option is limiting/cutting out
