You need to take remedial reading comprehension. Nowhere did I state that the federal government stole money from others to pay people to have babies and take months long vacations. It's not our responsibility to do so. Also, I stated that it's up to individual states to do that if the want to fuck their citizens. Some states, like California do that very thing.
