I’ve been doing Yoga paired with the treadmill for a week now. Started with Beginners Gentle Yoga For Bigger Bodies, and have moved to Moderate Yoga for Bigger Bodies. The scale has not moved- but I have never felt more loose and flexible In my entire life than after just 1week
