Off to Leeds for the ‘sort-of opera’ Pass the Spoon which opens tonight at the Howard Assembly Room. The work of artist/librettist @DavidShrigley, composer David Fennessy & Nicholas Bone, it’s ‘a daytime cookery show that’s gone fully, gloriously rogue’. Reviewing for @TheStage.

ATG reported its largest annual operating profit of £160.9 million in the financial year ending March 2025 - ticket prices continue to rise and less and less people from working class backgrounds experience live theatre - a crying shame x
