[Passive Talent]
After Mizuki triggers a Swirl reaction while in the Dreamfloat state, the next periodic Anemo AoE damage dealt to nearby enemies during this Dreamfloat state will be increased. The increase is equal to 1000% of Mizuki’s Elemental Mastery. This effect can be triggered once every 2.5s.
Additionally, while in the Dreamfloat state, nearby party members’ Elemental Mastery is increased by 10% of Mizuki’s own Elemental Mastery.

While Mizuki is in the Dreamfloat state, every 3.5s she applies “Twenty-Three Night Wait” to nearby enemies for 3s.
When enemies affected by Twenty-Three Night Wait take Anemo DMG and trigger a Swirl reaction, the effect is removed. That Swirl reaction’s damage against the enemy is increased by an amount equal to 1100% of Mizuki’s Elemental Mastery. The enemy will also take an additional attack dealing Anemo DMG equal to 1000% of Mizuki’s Elemental Mastery.

While Mizuki is in the Dreamfloat state, nearby enemies’ Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, Electro, and Anemo RES are decreased by 20%.

When picking up Dreamwind Special Sweets generated by the Elemental Burst Restful Secret Soup Therapy, Mizuki will deal both damage and healing simultaneously.
Additionally, the effect will heal another nearby low-HP character and restore HP equal to 266% of Mizuki’s Elemental Mastery. It also restores 5 Energy to Mizuki. During one duration of Restful Secret Soup Therapy, this Energy restoration can occur up to 4 times.

While Mizuki is in the Dreamfloat state, Swirl reactions triggered by nearby party members can deal CRIT hits, with a fixed CRIT Rate of 30% and CRIT DMG of 100%.
For every 100 Elemental Mastery above 500, Mizuki gains:
• +0.04% CRIT Rate
• +0.16% CRIT DMG
This bonus is capped at:
• +20% CRIT Rate
• +80% CRIT DMG
