A steady Tuesday for the crew, Cat Colin & Dave D fitted the 2nd bench for the Morley Grief Group by the orchard on the top path, the bench has got good views over West Leeds. While Dave R was on maintenance duties but importantly doing puncture repairs to one of our trollies.

The Tuesday Crew split into 3 teams, Dennis's Team did more work in Crossland Road Cemetery which included repairing the entrance gate, Dave & Co repaired a step on Pit Hill before securing and re painting the donation box stand recently damaged by Vandalism.

A depleted Monday Team this week due to holidays, so there was some drain maintenance done after the weekends heavy rain, planting more wild flowers mainly Foxgloves, plus the usual weekly Monday afternoon tasks of topping & cleaning the bird feeders and general maintenance.

The 'Elite Strimming Team' cancelled strimming duties due to this new 'invisible rain' stuff, but never put off our younger volunteers saw the sun was cracking the flags, so transferd thier loyalties to help our more hardened volunteering teams.

A varied Tuesday afternoon for the team, Colin & David 'D' fitted a kiddies reading bench by the library, Dennis & Chris worked on the buttress wall, while Dave 'R' & Co put in a base for a poo bin, the last of the 6 wooden poo bins, designed & constructed by Colin & his team.
