@Churchmouse05 @UcheMaryOkoli Including myself, on my day off every week. I double checked. There is nothing regarding forbidden mass in a bedroom. A bishop in his diocese could impose such a rule within his jurisdiction. Perhaps that bishop was referring to his preference, but it's not universal.

@UcheMaryOkoli Priests are encouraged to celebrate the mass often. - Redemptionis Sacramentum n.110 St. JPii said seminarians should go to daily mass, because priests should do so daily. -Pastores Dabo Vobis n.48 I'm not aware of any rule saying mass is forbidden in a bedroom. -Canon 932 §1

Het wonder van de Mis is niet alleen de transsubstantiatie. Vandaag waren er in de parochie spanningen tussen bepaalde mensen. Ik wist dat en voelde het. Het wordt dan zo mooi geleid door boven dat gebaren en gesprekjes een wonderlijk effect hebben. ‘Lichaam van Christus’ worden!

@mgrhendriks Ik spreek met regelmaat mensen die de Kerk hebben verlaten. Veel redenen kan ik pastoraal "verdedigen" om het zo te zeggen, maar als iemand de Kerk c.q. clerus, hypocriet noemt, dan moet ik die gene helaas gelijk geven. Ik kan dan wel vaak mensen tot rede brengen.
