My cousin has been married for 6 years. No child yet.
At every family gathering, the aunties find her first.
"When are we eating rice?"
"Your mates are on their third."
"Is something wrong with you or him?"
She smiles. Every time. The same smile.
Last Christmas, I watched her hold my sister's baby for a long time.
Nobody was watching her face. I was.

There were clear cases of intimidation across different polling units, and my supporters were denied access to accreditation — let alone voting.
This is not democracy. #apcprimaries

Yoruba Ronu, do you know that your fellow Yoruba people were kidnapped , a mother with her child on her back, teachers, and poor school children 💔💔?
Now one of the teachers beheaded 💔💔💔💔💔
It has been three days now, yet your “YORUBA PRESIDENT” has not said a word.
This can’t continue.
Tinubu has to resign now 😭😭

@Prince_dc21_ It is good you allow her to get to know her body. Some girls at 7 already have pubic hair, imagine you as a dad bathing such a child. She is trying to create boundaries. It does not mean you will be funny however, some men still get funny along the way.

Please, is it wrong to shower my 7-year-old d@ught£r as a man?
Ever since my wife gave birth to my little princess, I have always loved her, gave her the best of everything and treated her even better than my wife.
But ever since my daughter turned 7, my wife has started distancing my daughter from me. She no longer allows her to lay on my body and sleep like she usually does. She no longer allows me to shower her, carry her the way fathers do, or even stay at home with her while she’s away from home.
I have talked to her about it countless times, that I can’t imagine myself doing anything with my own d$ughter, and I’m not even attracted to ch|ldren, but she said she’s afraid because of the things she sees on social media.
Please, is it wrong for me to take care of my own beloved daughter as a father? Because, as it stands now, I’m planning to divorce her cause she doesn’t want me to love my daughter the way I want to.

What if Atiku had entered an agreement with Tinubu to hand him a second term in office through a divided opposition…
what if it was an investment, a quiet deal to trade today’s loss for tomorrow’s throne in 2031?
What if Atiku is actually working for Tinubu and the APC…
I’m just thinking out loud…

Another war in ADC...
After Peter Obi's defection, supporters of Rotimi Amaechi are now pushing for the ticket to be zoned to the South.
Atiku's supporters are so furious and are insisting on primaries.
Amaechi people are threatening to walk away if Atiku takes the ticket.
Wahala be like wetin again?? 😂😂

My child's father abandoned me when I was pregnant. He left for Canada. I wasn't even aware he traveled abroad until after 3 months of his disappearance.
I was only 2 months gone at that time. My parents took care of me & i finally, I gave birth to my daughter here without him. 4 years later, he showed up from nowhere, pleading to be part of our daughter's life. I was initially reluctant, i was hurt by his abandonment. However, after repeated pleas from him, friends & both our families intervened & pleaded on his behalf. And Later, he bought me a car & new cloths for me & our daughter, then i had a soft spot & decided to forgive him.
2 Weeks later, he asked to take our baby to his house for the holidays. i was seriously hesitant, since he is married. I was prioritizing my child's safety & well-being. My instincts wouldn't allow me accept his request. After continued persuasion from him. I reluctantly agreed to let her spend a week at his place with him & his wife.
Even after he had assured me that i should completely trust him 100% that he was going to take good care of our daughter, my instincts continued to trouble me so, I frequently checked in on my child over the phone. At some point, I almost went to bring her back. But some friends reassured me to relax, but my instincts persisted. I was so uncomfortable
2 days later, I received a shocking & heartbreaking call at work that my daughter was no more. She wasn't ill, just nothing, i couldn't believe my ears. The news was unbearable 😭😭: she had allegedly been graped & killlled. What I was told by her dad & Stepmom whom where supposed to look after her was, 'she had left the house to buy sweets at the vendor in the neighborhood & didn't return on time 😭
I've asked countlessly who will give my child of 4 years old money to walk down the neighborhood or streets & buy herself sweets instead of buying it for her but I'm not getting any tangible answers to my questions. I was told she took money from the table kept by her dad & left to buy sweet without their knowledge.
I'm confused cuz all these years that I've been with my child she's not the type that takes money or anything kept by someone else without permission. I keep money on the table & on the bed cupboard all the time but she has never touched my money, why only now. I'm so confused & don't even know what to believe 😭😭
😭😭I blame myself. i've failed my child. I've failed to protect my child. My baby didn't deserve this 😭😭 Lydia was just 4 years old. How i wish i had listened to my instincts. She would have still been here with me 😭😭
Farewell my little angel. Mommy misses you so much. Forgive Mommy for failing to protect you, sweetheart. I'm so sorry. 😭 😭"

@ummuh_Zahra Go to school as planned, tell your husband about your pregnancy before leaving. You can't stay back because of a husband who already found comfort somewhere else. Your future is more important.
English

I’ve been married for 3 years.
My home was peaceful until 2 weeks ago.
I returned from the market and found a young girl in my living room, eating my food and watching my TV like she owned the place.
Before I could process it, her mother walked out of my guest room with luggage and said, “My daughter is pregnant for your husband. She will stay here till she gives birth.”
I froze. My husband couldn’t even look at me. He said it was a “mistake” and he couldn’t send a pregnant woman away.
Since then, my life has changed. The girl doesn’t greet me. If I greet her, she hisses. She wears my clothes, uses my towel, and sits comfortably like I’m the visitor. When I complained, she said, “Everything here belongs to your husband, so it belongs to me too.”
Two days ago, I found her relaxing and laughing on my marital bed. My husband’s solution was to give me money to buy new bedsheets.
At that point, I asked myself: Do I want money or respect?
What’s breaking me is that I’m also pregnant—2 months gone. I haven’t told my husband. I’m hurt, angry, and feel invisible.
Next week, I’m supposed to travel for university. If I go, I leave her here with my husband. If I stay, I lose my chance to build my future.
I’m stuck. Do I tell him I’m pregnant too? Do I go to school and risk everything? Or do I walk away from this marriage completely?
I’m tired and confused. What would you do if you were me? 😭💔

@ARIAREIGN180683 I am amazed at how you posted this, you claim this is a family member who has not provoked you in any way. Some things are better left unsaid. You don't think your post will break her?

I haven't seen my cousin sister who got married last year,I couldn't attend her wedding due to school and I was so busy .I've been promising to visit her since then but haven't so today i decided to visit her since I was less busy nd bored.
She sent the address and I was shocked to know this girl lives in the trenches,I got there with my friend you needed to see where she lives with her so called husband and his family. She took me to the kitchen to serve food I couldn't eat jeez. I was so disgusted I couldn't even stay upto to an hr I lied something came up.
I took her to to get good food coz I know she hasn't had it in a while. I'm sure it would take her so called husband 10 yrs to buy it.
So people still get married to broke men in this modern time ewww.
And this girl is a graduate ooo I'm disappointed.
