Think about this.
The average billionaire on the Forbes 400 list could spend $10,000 every single day for 274 years and still have billions of dollars left in the bank.
Don't you think that maybe, just maybe, these guys should be paying more in income tax than a teacher?

We’re going to keep kids in classrooms as long as we possibly can but our schools are preparing to quickly move to NTI if COVID wreaks even more havoc on our dedicated teachers, staff and students. Also, I’m calling on Ky. legislators to approve more than 10 NTI days.

I remember being asked in an interview last year, “would I still welcome my students with customized greetings once they return?” My response remains the same, you don’t have to physically touch a child to actually “touch” a child. #thedopeeducator
DYK lawmakers can vote on bills that aren't available to the public? That happened this a.m. in House A&R. Btw, it allows private schools to access funds for private school kids to have textbooks, but lawmakers have not paid for public school kids to have textbooks for 3 years.
There's a reason why Trump wants to sabotage the U.S. Postal Service. In a pandemic, people need mail-in ballots.
If the mail is delayed, as Trump is doing, fewer people will vote. If fewer people vote, Trump can win the election.
Support the post office. Support democracy.
We face an uphill battle to heal this nation, rebuild our economy, and create a government that works for all of us—not just the wealthy and well-connected.
None of this will be easy.
But you don’t get what you don’t fight for.
