👀 Light + thin, slightly cloudy. off yellow, strawlike colour. 👃 Slightly nutty w/lemon notes. 👅 Slightly sharp, but crisp w/citrus bite. Mouthfeel is light with some prickles from the carbonation. Pleasantly dry + a good accompaniment for the fillet steak I had for tea 8/10
