So I changed up my website and my portfolio is now at a state to show off. Well, I guess anyway. I feel like it’s always a wip and it’s never the right time to show it to any prospective employers

Found an old day-to-day sales update thread of Card Hog! Those were some good times...

I need a group of Game Dev friends that will meet like once a month and just talk about our games for a few hours and bounce ideas off of each other and workshop mechanics. We could vent about our issues, help with design struggles, share games that attempt similar ideas, etc.

I randomly sketch out game ideas at work… been thinking about this new game. Something along the lines of city management mixed with a rhythm game, don’t know yet though

@sirashe_ I too feel that, my main job is all customer service and as a reward for being great with customers I get more customers!!! (I don’t like dealing with customers anymore)

@Tycus14 @T0ffeeC0ffee @wizardsofautism Not trying to dump on you: when does an interest turn into an infatuation? The way op described it sounds like a HARDCORE interest that one doesn’t really take lightly, to me I’d say an infatuation which is typical of neurodivergence

parents: youre not Autistic. its genetic, that would mean that one of us is too meanwhile: *one parent has an extremely obscure special collection youre not allowed to touch, gets weirded out when things arent done a certain way & avoids specific things bc they ‘don’t like it’*

When working on this lil side project for my real job I keep having this horrible feeling that it’ll be rejected… like I know corporate is pretty strict sometimes but like it’ll low key tear me up if all this work I’m putting in isn’t out to use. Well, I’ll have tried anyway.

I know it's silly but whenever someone calls my bézier or spline video a "tutorial" I secretly get real uppity and grumpy about it lol
