A lot of Purdue fans are up in arms about IU winning a football title. I just don’t care. It’s bought and paid for. And I just don’t care enough about football I guess. And can recognize an exceptional story when I see one. Sports isn’t about hate, it’s about great. I will never be happy for IU, but it doesn’t bother me. It’s basketball season anyway.

For what it's worth, the first SportsCenter segment after Indiana winning the national title in football (1:44 a.m.) was an NHL goalie fight Shoutouts to whichever after-hours intern had to make the call that segment was suddenly more relevant at that time.

The greatest anamoly in college football is complete. We will never see a 2 year turnaround like Indiana just finished. One of the losingest programs in the sport, with one hire, wins a national championship in football in year 2 of that regime. Absolutely unbelievable story.
