The best restaurant in Northern Westchester just had its soft reopening! The Educated Palate, the student-run eatery on the PNW BOCES Yorktown campus, was up and running on February 12. Culinary Arts students' friends and families enjoyed a gourmet meal and stellar service from the first-year class. Plans are to open the Educated Palate back up to the public in the fall. @pnwbocestech
