@CindiHill The PTE 2020-02 is what’s coming up on July 1. That’s the Trump era rule that went into effect. The new fiduciary rule to define who’s a fiduciary under ERISA has been pushed back to December, according to Labor’s Reg agenda. Two separate rules. Yes, it can be confusing. :)
