For those who knew him from local football, my Dad Barry peacefully passed away on 14 April. Dad was diagnosed with asbestosis in 2016 and over the last 6 months it became more debilitating for him, thanks for messages so far. Funeral details attached.

Really enjoyed working with @MrHerbertPE & @PakefieldSchool Year 11 Sports students over the last couple of weeks. The group have experienced and gained knowledge on elite technology in sport. Let’s hope to see some of them take their next steps into a career in sport 😁🎓⚽️🤞🏼

Inter-unit reliability is a significant pain point for performance staff. So knowing you can give a player any GPS unit and rely on the data being accurate is ideal.
Research from @CionWren @MarcoBeato1 below shows the validity/reliability of ours across a range of metrics.

Trust but verify GPS reliability. Regularly test the technology and ensure consistent measurements. Standardized warm-ups or set distance walks can verify accuracy. Keeping each player with the same unit avoids inter-unit discrepancies, ensuring reliable comparisons over time.
