When asked to not be vague about who is a grifter, She references my 2024 design controversy and the “lost traction” narrative around it. Given that sequence and her specificity, it was plainly referring to me. As for the accusation of “grifter”. In 2025 I made one “political” comment, received tremendous backlash, and decided I wasn’t going to filter myself anymore. Growth followed exposure, not a calculated pivot. Political commentary in this space often narrows your audience and carries real risk. It is not an obvious strategy for growing an audience. The Jazz are in year 4 of their rebuild. Pistons lasted 5 years. 76ers lasted 5 years. Lakers lasted 4 years. Hornets lasted 3 years. Spurs lasted 3 years. Rockets lasted 3 years. Wizards are in year 3. Rebuilds come and go, everyone goes through it. 2026-27 is ours. 😤
