After 10 years of happily using @_practiceq, an integration bug has blocked ALL my patients from booking follow-ups and customer support has been a NIGHTMARE. It’s been 3 wks, I've tried every fix & lost DOZENS of hours to this issue. @_practiceq, I am BEGGING you to fix this.

5 years ago, I was in Beijing working with the Chinese Olympic teams in prep for the Rio olympics. Working with their diving team was a huge career highlight, and Shi Tingmao was one of my all time favourites. To see her absolutely CRUSH her second olympics has me like 🤩😭🤩😭
