The parliamentary public hearing on Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 at Bulawayo’s Large City Hall on Monday ran from 10:00 to 11:28, well short of the expected minimum two hours. When @citezw queried the session’s duration, chairperson Elizabeth Masuku insisted it had run its full time: “We allocate at least two hours. There was no remaining 30 minutes.
