An example of a peaceful revolution, Conducted via sustained peaceful protests, Is the Sudan revolution that ousted Al Bashir. The protestors were non violent despite the regime responding violently. When I say I believe only an uprising can free Zimbabwe, That's what I have in mind. Non violent protests that don't stop until we get the job done. In Zimbabwe we go for protests that last a few hours and we call it a day. That's not a revolution. Protests sustained over time can lead to change of government and they are legal. Our constitution gives us the right to protest peacefully... The moment protestors are violent, Or use weapons, The protests become illegal, & The government can justify use of force.

Nothing will make me pro violence. Non violent and peaceful protests is what i have always joined and will continue to join. In Zimbabwe we have never had sustained protests, And imo that's why it has never worked. One day protests don't change anything. Violent protests legalize state brutality, And I don't know anything country post colonisation that has removed a dictatorship through violence. But, To each their own.

Today Doug Coltart was attacked by Zanupf at the constitutional amendment hearings, This is one of his assailants, Luckmore Tinashe Gapa. His name must go down in history as a criminal who committed crimes on behalf of Zanupf. I maintain that everyone involved in any way, In the crimes against violence that the Zanupf government has been committing since the Gukurahundi genocide till now, Must be named and shamed. There must be a cost, even a social cost, to committing violence on behalf of the regime. Their children must know who their father is. Their church mates, Neighbours, Friends and extended families must know. Wherever they go, It must be known that they are the regime's goons. #ZanupfMustGo

@Wamutapa Video footage can be enough for police to establish probable cause for an arrest. However, the standard for a conviction in court is much higher (beyond a reasonable doubt).
