#TurnAroundDontDrown Trails remain closed near Hobbs boat landing & UWEC Fine Arts Center due to the recent rise of water on the Chippewa River. At 5pm yesterday, the Chippewa River gauge at Grand Avenue read 767.05 ft. placing it in the Action Stage for flooding preparedness.

Seasonal road weight restrictions will be removed effective on Wednesday, 4/08 within the City of Eau Claire and effective on Monday, 4/13 within Eau Claire County upon removal of posted signs.

Have you noticed AT&T completing work in our streets at one of these 21 locations? They are going into existing handholes in the street at each location shown & removing copper wire. Each location may take 1-2 days to complete the work, and it's anticipated to be done by July.
