On Monday, June 1, there will be a single-lane closure in the 3800 block of West Valley Highway for construction 7:30 am - 3 pm (or sooner, as work is completed). Expect minor delays.

The first Food Truck Wednesday was delicious, I mean, a success. Trucks will be in Heritage Park every Wednesday at lunchtime, along with our local restaurant favorites and the outdoor, shaded seating available every day!

Tomorrow, 5/27, Burlington Northern Santa Fe will be doing emergency track work on the railroad crossing at Maple Street. Expect Maple closed in both directions starting at 8 pm through 1 am on 5/28. Use the Main Street crossing instead.

Well, that was quick! Gas is shut off and 142nd is back open to normal traffic.

Due to a gas leak, expect road closures on 142nd Avenue in Sumner around the 3800 block. Stay tuned for more detailed traffic information. The affected structure has been evacuated with @PSETalk and @EastPierceFire responding.

Southbound SR 167 will be reduced to 1 lane from SR 512 to Milwaukee Ave. E. 9 p.m. Fri to 4 a.m. Mon May 1-4. Crews will rebuild/repave the shoulder in preparation for a temporary traffic shift during expressway construction. wsdot.wa.gov/construction-p…

Starting at 9 p.m. southbound SR167 in #Puyallup will have reduced lanes thru Monday morning. It allows crews to continue building the future expressway. wsdot.wa.gov/construction-p…
